The current proposal to renovate the existing supplemental safety measures is vitally important not only to the safety of Needham residents but to their well-being: these investments would eliminate the necessity of early-morning and late-night blaring train horns, allowing for quality sleep and increased property values. I believe the creation of these Quiet Zones is an essential and responsible usage of town funds.
