Safer Quieter Needham is possible thanks to the commitment of many Needham neighbors and friends who volunteer their time and smarts to help us raise awareness and support by participating in the committees below.

"Many hands make light work."

This committee spearheads citizen engagement and the letter of support petition collection efforts.  They are tasked with developing petition signature goals and methods to meet these goals.  This committee also has primary responsibility over engaging with, recruiting, and organizing volunteers.

This committee leads efforts to engage with local businesses and organizations.  They  manage the outreach to businesses and track engagement with business leaders.  Efforts include collecting support and working to cultivate advocates within the business community.

This committee leads engagement with local elected officials and town officials.  The committee is the primary conduit for managing dialogue with elected officials and town representatives.

This committee is responsible for ongoing research and information gathering and analysis efforts.

This committee maintains the Safer Quieter Needham MA page on Facebook as well as engages other related noteworthy discussion on Facebook.  Other social media platforms are also managed by this committee.

This committee ensures that the Safer Quieter Needham web site content is up to date and serves as a central repository for information, outreach, and engagement.

This committee is responsible for raising modest funds to cover out-of-pocket expenses for basic items such as web technologies, printed materials, etc.
